What's the Best Character Build to Play in Skyrim? (weapon, Heroes, characters) - Video Games -Console and computer games, multiplayer, casual, educational, simulations... - City-Data Forum
I found out too late that I should have started as a Khajit - The Prima Skyrim pdf guide has a good section on starting character characteristics - looked at it too late after I started a character. I figured out how to create enhanced enchant potions to enchant outfits to make stronger potions to make stronger alchemy outfits to make even stronger enchanted armor and weapons
I Punch Giants: How to Become a Master of Unarmed Combat - The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Giant Bomb
Released Nov 11, 2011 Xbox 360 PlayStation 3 PC Xbox 360 Games Store The fifth installment in Bethesda's Elder Scrolls franchise is set in the eponymous province of Skyrim, where the ancient threat of dragons, led by the sinister Alduin, is rising again to threaten all mortal races. I would much rather play a stealthy assassin than big loud dude in heavy armor, but I still want to punch dudes to death.Your armor rating is essentially your damage output so the more points you put in the Heavy Armor tree the more damage you're doing
Skyrim talk:Enchanting - UESPWiki
What the note is saying is that even though the damage of enchantments is increased by the increased elemental damage perks, taking the perks won't allow your enchanted weapons to have the additional effects, so attacking with a fire damage weapon and the intense flames perk wouldn't fear your target. The final value would of course be higher for the axe, but I don't think the game considers that when calculating enchanting experience for the enchantment
This bow may appear to be just another above average bow, but it is actually one of the most powerful bows in the game if you factor in the special effects. The base damage of 14 is good, but it is particularly valuable in the hands of an aspiring mage (or a character who frequently does battle with magicka characters)
Dunmer The main reason to opt for a Dunmer dark elf for your mage is that +10 starting bonus to Destruction, the most to-the-point combat magic you can get. Best Perks: Recovery This Restoration Perk speeds your Magicka regeneration, which is useful for any mage, no matter what your particular specialisations
The Best Skyrim Character: Warrior, Thief or Mage?
The Path of Might encompasses skills in: Smithing (improves the value and properties of weapons and armor) Heavy Armor (reduces damage) Block (reduces damage) Two-Handed (increases damage inflicted when using two-handed weapons) One-Handed (increases damage inflicted when using one-handed weapons) Archery (increases damage inflicted when using bows) Pros and Cons Pros: Powerful character at the beginning stages of the game, both offensively and defensively. The third time I was lucky, he got stuck on a boulder, and me, not wanting to get any closer, took a potion of true shot, equipped my bow and shot him down like a bite-size doughnut
And bigger characters move faster (they take the same number of strides per second and each stride is longer) and hits harder (this is why the jumbo-sized versions of enemies you find in the wild are so much nastier than the small ones - their scale factor makes them hit harder). Obviously everyone will have different opinions based on the looks and lore of the races (I am a fan of Argonians personally) but if you are looking for an easier time on your master play though then you should probably go with Altmer, Orsimer, or Brenton
Skyrim:Enchanting - UESPWiki
These stations enable you to both disenchant weapons that you already have in order to learn their enchantments and create newly enchanted weapons using the enchantments you currently know. In base Skyrim, no powers or items exist that Fortify Enchanting, but with the Dragonborn add-on, there are three very important powers to acquire before attempting to maximize the potency of your enchantments: Ahzidal's GeniusDB: Increases your Enchanting skill by 10 points
Best Bow available? - The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Answers for Xbox 360 - GameFAQs
So if you get highest smithing you can, make a legendary level daedric bow at a grindstone, use daedric arrows, (which are rare as hell), and give it a great enchantment, it will be the most powerful bow you could hope for. 4 years ago 0 0 josteria562 answered: The one i've found the best so far is the Nightengale Bow, Do most of the thieve's guild quest line and you'll eventually get it (dont wanna spoil it) 4 years ago 0 0 bobjesbusiii answered: The best bow is the Ebony Bow
What race should I be in Skyrim? - The Elder Scrolls Wiki
The racial let's you basically nullify the effects of Master difficulty and play against Adept-level enemies for a short period of time, which I find very helpful. My suggestion: for your 1st game, play- Nord, 2handed(axe), light armor, archary with blacksmithing and enchanting; factions: play warewolf and vampire but don't become any; of course Stormcloack side(just for immersion); 2 Nord companions and a Husky or bear follower
Enchanting (Skyrim) - The Elder Scrolls Wiki
Soul Trap is another good choice for training -- although it does scale with the enchanter's skill, it does not require a strong enchantment level to be effective in practical use. The bonus can apply to affects it should not apply to, based on the damage specific description as well as stack with other bonuses from the other damage perks
skyrim - How can I find or recall my horse? - Arqade
Use a horse summoner (the lamest most uncool way to find your horse.) If you cannot find your horse go back to the load game where you didn't go leave your horse somewhere nonsensical. if wandering off because you felt it you should have: ride the horse with you to the place you wanted to explore or if you can trace the direction you were wandering you will get yourself back to horse such as if you went left straight right memorize the pattern you went in
skyrim - How can I start the Blood on the Ice quest? - Arqade
Official and Unofficial Patch Fixes The Unofficial Skyrim Patch (USKP), along with the official patches should now fix most of the bugs associated with the Blood on the Ice quest. Source: UESP wiki's "Blood on the Ice - Bugs" article A possible fix, from the UESP wiki's "Blood on the Ice - Notes" article: If you've killed Nilsine in order to get a bonus reward in the quest Mourning Never Comes, Tova will be dead inside her house, and you will need to pick the lock of her house in order to get the key to Hjerim
my two swords have a 77 and 75 (if i remember right off top of my head) charge on em but with one of them haven soul trap on it and with the amount of empty soul gems u come across keeping the swords filled is not an issue at all. absorb health in my opinion is a must and soul trap helps keep them filled while paralyze helps when dealing with mage type enemies cause their really the only type of enemy that can give me any trouble
Where can I find a soul trap weapon? - The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Answers for PlayStation 3 - GameFAQs
So if you just fast travel back and forth between Falkreath and Haafingar enough times, you can definitely find a soul trap weapon for less than 1000 gold. Thank you! 4 years ago Accepted Answer imnotonfacebook answered: A method that worked best with me was to fast travel between Stormcloak bases. The quartermasters there tend to have both rare and enchanted weapons and armor of good quality
