The room was sizeable, the view was great and from a location point of view, other than those who might have walked straight onto the beach, you had to walk across the road which was no issue, it was probably the area to stay I think in Waikiki. Our rooms were fantastic (with ocean views) and the location of the hotel is perfect with an easy stroll to the beach , restaurants and all the shopping you could possibly need

Also, the nearby Shawnee Playhouse operates year round and two very nice restaurants, The Gem and Keystone and Saen Thai are within a mile of the property.Since it was off-season, we suspect that the outdoor pool, which has little shade, might get pretty crowded later in the summer.
