There was no reanimate effect in Morrowind but you could summon an unlimited amount of creatures although doing so in my experience always lagged the game out too much to be of any use. In the middle of the two trees would be a seperate set of perks tied to necromancy or Daedric magic but essential to neither things like soul trap and bound weapons would be covered by these

If you have any skill perk points available you should spend them on the perks Novice Conjuration and Apprentice Conjuration in the Conjuration tree as these will dramatically lower the amount of magicka required to cast a Conjuration spell.
