What would you recommend for a prepaid carrier that would work for me? Sometimes devices try so hard sending a message on a weak signal that they just get stuck. What I found out (thanks to an earlier commenter!) is that the S3 seems to be unable to receive messages via WLAN, and if it was connected to one it wouldn't try downloading via the cellular connection
