You have tried to restore using a stock IPSW file from Apple using which will result in the 1015 error.Create a custom IPSW for 4.2.1 using Sn0wbreeze 2.2 and restore to the same. But do i need to click on start TSS server? I need to keep that running and than minimize TU? After that i open redsn0w (but te link u gave me is for mac, i am on windows 7)
