Even if you stay alone, then is your residence there a temporary one for the time being, or you plan to stay there as long as it be, and even bring your family to stay there for long term? If both places are your permanent places of residences and you keep moving between them every 1-2 weeks, then according to my understanding you should offer complete prayers in both places, and offer shortened prayers only while in journey
