first of all I am livid due to the fact that I receive certs instead of a check like I was told, and after reading some of the stuff on here, I feel that it is nothing but a scam. What else am I supposed to do but ask the representative of the company who has the program!? The problem here is a system that is intentionally set up to deceive both the sales rep and the customer by keeping both of them in the dark
