Hank 5 years ago i have dark screen, without backlight, do i need the inverter board and the inverter cable? Where is the inverter board located? on the lcd backside? or at the next to logic board? Powerbook Medic 4 years ago @Wolfinstein - if you still have the original cracked LCD and it was at least partially viewable, I would try reinstalling that to see if the snowed out issue remains

what can i do to fix this?are the 6 washers important because i have 5 of them on correctly and 1 is inside of the bracket and not directly behind the screw like the other 5. This means that the logic board is not powering on right? I leave it on the charger to see if it charges up and then hook it into my computer but nothing happens
