You can also download the ISO image for Seatools or Drive Fitness in my signature and burn the image to a CD using IMGBurn also in my signature and boot off of the newly created CD and run the Quick and Advanced tests on the HDD to test the integrity of the drive. You can do this, and delete that folder later, but I prefer to wipe the drive before installing 7 I used the Windows 7 disc to format the drive and then installed the OS

Then for the folders in user programs where temp files are generated and kept like the ones in AVG, I wrote myself a cleanup.bat batch file to delete the files from those particular locations that are ignored by Disk Cleanup and several of the patented cleanup programs. I logged in as administrator then right clicked on C drive where I have installed my Windows 7 professional then in that through properties I done disk cleanup but still I am getting that problem
