I saw one video of his and immediately decided that I want to play PAD like that.Just be aware that it's going to take you quite a bit of time to start thinking like that and you'll really really suck at it for the first couple of days you try to do it. Try to visualize a final solution which will allow me to capture all of the combos available, and also seems relatively doable given the current board setup (or as much as I can, I sometimes settle for less if the board is really proving to be a problem).3

Virizion Trait: Justified Nature: Adamant (+Atk -SpA) - Leaf Blade - Sacred Sword - Strength - Swords Dance This is a standard S - Dance set which also provides a HM (Strength) which can pack a punch with S - Dance
This isn't so bad when they're good HM's; even late in the game, Strength is a strong Normal-type attack, and Surf is one of the best Water attacks in the game (these moves are also necessary to progress in the game)
Awesome Speed and power, combined with its high chance to get critical hits and the sheer power of Body Slam and Hyper Beam make Tauros king of competitive battles. You have a few options: one is to have a Jigglypuff or Clefairy Sing it to sleep, or Sleep Powder if you have Butterfree, which makes it easier to catch and also gives you an opportunity to knock it around a bit while it's dozing

While it needs some assistance against Brock and probably Misty (unless you grind like I do) it is still a powerful Pokemon, easily taking down Erika and using its powerful neutral hits against the other Gym Leaders

Thanks to its very high special attack it makes it able to use almost all the fire moves at a high rate of attack which is super effective against grass, ice, bug, and steel. Although speed may lack, it's other stats are superior.I vote because koopakungfu uses flareon case and point 18Rapidash I love rapidash, it has great fire type attacks and it has good speed as well! It's Defense isn't too amazing but it has other great features

Therefore, a name like "THE DUDE" will give you a Snorlax and two different levels for Mewtwo, and to save yourself game coins in addition to getting that Charmander and Squirtle if you picked Bulbasaur, you could use a name like "Pokeroq" or something else about as nonsensical. Also, on the top floor of the Celadon City Department Store (where the vending machines are), there is a little girl who will give you TMs for each of the three drinks (Fresh Water, Soda Pop and Lemonade), and one of the TMs she gives you is Ice Beam unless I'm very much mistaken

Pokemon Red and Blue :: Full Walkthrough
It lacks the ability to learn some solid moves of its own type, such as Flamethrower and Wing Attack, but with Gold, Silver and Crystal, that is easily fixed. However, his Pokemon lack in the Special stat - a good Grass or Water type will KO Onix in one hit, and a Psychic Pokemon will take out the other three
What level should I evolve these Pokemon ? Growlithe-Fi.. - Pokemon FireRed Questions
Also, Growlithe learns Flamethrower at level 49! So that is a good time to evolve it if you're having trouble battling because it's defenses as a Growlithe are rather frail, use your fire stone at any level you like. But if instead of Flamethrower you want it to learn Extremespeed evolve it at highest level 48.I would evolve Pikachu after it has learnt it's final move Light Screen at level 50

Arcanine - Pokemon Red, Blue and Yellow Wiki Guide - IGN
Red owners have a bit of an advantage here, since they can actually snag a Growlithe at level 15 on Route 8, but Yellow owners should at least try to get a level 26 one. Which brings us to what you should use when fighting against an Arcanine: a Water Pokemon is a no-brainer, but Fire types also have trouble going up against Ground, Rock or Dragon types
