For some reason and I never could figure out why, but any time I plugged in a PS3 pad into my PC, I was getting random and frequent BSODs, and as soon as I removed the controller I never got another one since. Trying to undo the damage it causes by having to install all of this crap is a real pain in the ass, so I just end up reformatting my computer to undo the damage
