You can do this manually by right clicking on the folder, selecting properties, security tab, advanced button, owner tab, edit button, select yourself as the new owner and click the apply to subfolders and files checkbox and click ok. This will make you the owner and have full permissions, you then tweak the permissions as required to allow both you and the user access and if you wish set the owner back to the original user
An application I am running using remote app behaves differently based on from where the user logged on, it behaves correctly when the user logs on locally (at the server console) and there after from a TS logon but a TS client only logon only causes some features of the application to fail, not the entire application just some features. Looking at the profile of the TS logged on user all folders are yellow, some create a windows folder some do not while the locally (at the server console) logged on user has virtual folders and the windows folder

i believe in profiles, it showed 32mb of data?? can i load that 32mb onto a new windows 8 installation, and not have to go through my process of setting up every new re-image the long way? It takes me about 30 minutes to get everything right, and i can create a beautiful desktop, but i know there is a faster way.
