I did do some of the options given above such as deleting all the old blu ray movie data, checked and did an update as there was a non-mandatory one that was there to do as well as reset the time on my PS3, nothing worked. I've only had this new gear since December and this doesn't sound like a firmware issue (although I have yet to plug the machine into my computer and try). I went to the samsung.com site and found a message (I thought under the player's FAQ, but I don't see it there now) that gave direction on how to report the problem
(Dvds play fine, strangely) Do you think CleanDr could sort this, and if so, where can i purchase it in Ireland? Thank you in advance for any assistance given. If updates and the laser lens are not the issue, that it may be time to get in touch with Xbox support (which is actually really helpful in my experience)
