Ok, after looking at the formulas and playing around with the table I can say the following about blanks.All the formulas in the attfrD30 data sheet (e.g, Average, Sum, Standard Deviation, Variance, etc.) take account of the all cells in the table irrespective of whether they have values or are blank. I understand that a AverageIf formula may be used but I'm am not sure what to do when values are zero, in the test we have two instances of a closed centre which would imply 0 values in those cells should not included in the formula, there is also one day when a centre is open buy has had 1 customer and zero wait time, how should this be treated? If any one wants to try to complete test, may be to test their knowledge is free to do so. I say this because one would expect one of the average function to be the correct solution but on a large spreadsheet you can not manually deselect cells with 0.0 time especially like Tuesday when centre has inquiry which was dealt with 0 wait time
