Admittedly, male or female, romance or friendship, much of this is available so long as you get her affection high enough, but it seems far more poignant when she - the cynical witch of the wilds who in no uncertain terms called love 'a weakness' - ultimately yields the idealistic battle and acknowledges her own feelings by addressing the warden as 'my love'. None of the DA2 romances change the plot of course, but Isabela and Anders' do change the flavour of the conflicts that they're involved in, so I'd rank them about equally and probably just below Morrigan overall
