I researched the issue in the Microsoft knowledge base and found that the software had many bugs which where acknowledged by Microsoft, but there are 0 (none, nada, zilch) patches available to fix the issues. This is obviously Microsoft's rip-off of the venerable iMovie, but if you run Windows (and I do) and you don't want to or can't pay for a stronger video editing package, this is a decent choice
